Kudos Mom!

It's official! The Emperor of Japan is going to be seeing my mother's artwork. With his eyes.

His cross-Canada tour is ending in Victoria, BC. An interior designer wanted to use some of my mother's work for the emperor's "retiring quarters" where he and his entourage can go and rest between events. I think this might possibly be one of the coolest things to happen to anyone I know, ever. Yay mom!
