I like this pairing. I like it a lot. I have been listening to this song on repeat for the last few days. It's so damn catchy. I like Scarlett Johansson's voice but I find pretty much all of her solo work dreadfully boring. And Pete Yorn is just amazing (my eternal gratitude to Abi). ReplyDeleteI'm very glad to see this- especially since I'm still not sure what I think of Pete's latest CD, Back & Forth. A few of the songs were pretty good, but the rest took a few times to begin growing on me. I still need to go through a period where I just listen to it from beginning to end about seven times, and I think maybe then I'll fall in love.
The word was "cootica". Dirtiest sounding one I've had yet.
