As promised, some art! Here are some sketches I did for a wordless story called "The Stalagmites". This was an exercise for my book illustration class where we were trying to tell a story in eight frames. Mine was about a boy who gets lost in the woods, falls down a hole and is kidnapped by these underground creatures (the Stalagmites) who make him their king. Had a lot of fun playing with texture and mark making.
