A Hobbit's Tale

Awhile ago, I found this amazing website full of beautiful illustrations from various editions of the Hobbit from around the world. It really is an incredible catalogue with original publication year, translated title (my favourite? "O Gnomo" in Portuguese! Cute!), and uploads of the cover and interior illustrations. The sheer variety of illustrations is so inspiring. I love the graphic nature that so many of the covers have as well as the hand-done type.
