I'm not exactly a New Year's person. For some reason it kind of bums me out. But perhaps one of these sparkly cakes would help to counteract that? This Pink Champagne & Strawberry Cake sounds perfect for ringing in 2011. Or perhaps Melanie's fun Surprise Cake?
I'm not much of a New Year's person either. For me it's because everyone always makes such a big deal about it. I just try to surround myself with people I love and then I'm sure to have a good time. These cakes might help too!
