I've never tried beignets before but I have been craving some all day after seeing this gorgeous photo this morning. The photo and recipe are from the delicious blog Seven Spoons. These tasty treats remind me of The Princess and the Frog and are described as "pillows you can eat" on Seven Spoons. Sounds good to me!

ReplyDeleteI.LOVE.BEIGNETS! And you'll love them to. I really want to make a trip down to Baton Rouge or New Orleans to have some more authentic ones.
ReplyDeleteI ate these in November in New Orleans for the first time. They go great with coffee (which I don't normally like).
