A few photos

Just wanted to share a few photos from what I've been up to over the past couple of weeks. My first summer in Milwaukee has been awesome thus far! Great weather, great festivals, great friends. (You can't tell above, but that is Hall & Oates)

My co-workers decorated my cubicle. I was really excited because I've never had to work/go to school on my birthday because it is a) during the summer and b) a national holiday when I am home—I am just that special—(I kid. It is also Canada's birthday) so I've never had my locker decorated or any sort of work party!

Hello Summerfest.

More Summerfest (went three times overall to see Hall & Oates, Fitz & the Tantrums, and Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings.....just realized how many "ands" are in those bands)

And, of course, had to ride the skyride. My favourite part of any festival at the Henry Maier fairgrounds. My new camera has a tilt-shift feature!

It was completely insane there on Friday night. I must say, Milwaukee, that you have many beautiful concert venues but Summerfest is definitely not one of them.

But seeing Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings was totally worth it! She is absolutely insane live—dancing all over the stage!

So that has been my July thus far. How has yours been?
