BITS OF MY WEEKEND

I got to see Florence + The Machine for the first time in concert this weekend. Florence Welch is such a theatrical and jubilant performer and her voice was exquisite live. Went for brunch on Sunday morning at Trocadero (my first time here despite living in Milwaukee for almost five years) and saw Thin Ice at the Oriental. It was not the Fargo rip-off I was anticipating and I quite enjoyed it (despite learning that it was filmed completely in Minnesota. Not that I dislike Minnesota. I just dislike Minnesota masquerading as Wisconsin). Sunday evening was consumed by making (and eating) mini pizzas. How was your weekend?
