BITS OF MY WEEKEND

The weather in Milwaukee was perfect here this weekend! Mid-70s to 80 and not humid (now if it could only stay like that, I would be a happy Canadian). I had a Parisian day on Saturday with my friend Lilly and her mom who is visiting from Kansas. We checked out the new Posters of Paris exhibit at the Milwaukee Art Museum (Amazing! My favourite exhibition there that I've seen!) and had dinner at Coquette Cafe in the Third Ward. Yesterday, I headed out to Tosa with a few friends to try the brunch at Blue's Egg restaurant. I've heard so many good things about it and it did not disappoint. I tried the crab and asparagus omelette which was one of their specials of the day. (If you're planning on going, make sure you plan on a hefty wait. 45 minutes to an hour usually. But don't worry, it's worth it!). Also, finally saw The Avengers. How was your weekend?
