Fall Break Eats

I've had the last couple of days off from school for Fall Break and I had the time to try out some new recipes. Made some fantastic chili (if I do say so myself) and I whipped up some cornbread to eat with it this afternoon. Wasn't as corny as I like my cornbread so I won't post that recipe until it is corny perfection.


Pumpkin muffins for a quick grab-n-go breakfast.

I made this spiced okra recipe for dinner tonight and it was most definitely good good! Served it over some basmati rice.

Beef curry stew is simmering on the stove as I type this. Recipes to come!
