New illustrator crush


More like new illustrator flat-out head over heals over the moon in love.

I've been creeping checking out Christiane Engel's website and blog all morning.

    I can see the influence but your work is waaaay better :P

    Also what is with illustrators being named Christiane or Chris or derivations thereof?

    Aww thank you, Kaycie-dilla.

    I was a little weirded out, too, when I saw that her name is Christiane. I vote we change our names so that we become successful illustrators. What do you think?

    P.S. I'm calling you Kaycie-dilla from now on. Dilla with a y kind of ll like quesadilla not armadillo.
