This was an assignment for my seminar class, a cover redesign for The Unfastened Heart by Lane von Herzen. I really enjoyed this assignment because book jacket design is something I'm interested in pursuing after graduation. The assignment was actually a contest because the book is going to be republished. If you're interested in participating there are details here.
I did the entire jacket design but I think only the cover is needed for the contest. The back is just based off of the original book jacket.
I love love love this cover! I would frame it in poster size & put it on my wall :.)
