I've got the world on a ring

So I was looking through the drafts I've saved to see what I have for you today, and I found one called "onion rings dome". In my head I was wondering if this was like the Jell-O San Francisco, and then I clicked on it and found an onion domes ring. Very different. (Although a part of me really wants to see some sort of onion ring dome constructed now. Maybe the rings could be fashioned together like the bubbles on the Water Cube?)
