Monday Mix #70: Mix for a grey day


Hello, hello, what did everyone do this weekend? I made this chili on Saturday when my sister (the vegetarian) was home for dinner and it was quite tasty. I really liked the sweet potatoes in it—something I never would have thought to add to chili before! We added some Field Roast sausage that we had picked up in Bellingham the weekend before, too. And last night, I finally got to see Tangled! I loved it.

Today it is a grey day here in Vancouver which I don't mind because then I don't feel guilty for staying inside all day and getting work done. So much to do before I head back to Milwaukee on Wednesday!

    Really great mix Marisa, I listened to it at work ;) I love chili and love sweet potatoes so I will try this recipe, can't wait! Have a great rest of the week :)
