BIG EASY EXPRESS

I watched this documentary yesterday and absolutely loved it. Big Easy Express follows Mumford & Sons, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros as they travel across the Southern US by train, playing shows and jamming together the entire way. All of these bands have such an electric stage presence (I'd never seen any footage of Edward Sharpe performing before but he is so much fun to watch! He dances frenetically the entire time). I also find jam sessions so fascinating to watch. Seeing musicians improvise and react to one another within the moment is just so mesmerizing.  I cannot recommend this film enough.
